Position: Real Estate Broker (Sales, Strategy & Advisory)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $7-$11/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 2 Weeks
Role Responsibilities
- Interpret complex property transactions, client requirements, and market data to create realistic high-value sales and advisory scenarios
- Develop structured use cases involving deal structuring, pricing strategies, and negotiation workflows
- Analyze commercial and residential real estate opportunities based on financial, legal, and market considerations
- Review and validate outputs for accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with real-world brokerage practices
- Simulate client advisory interactions, investment recommendations, and transaction processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align real estate insights with project requirements
- Identify risks and gaps in deal structuring, valuation, and contract-related aspects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; real estate broker license where required
- Strong understanding of real estate brokerage, high-value transactions, and leasing strategies
- Experience in commercial real estate, brokerage firms, or property advisory roles
- Knowledge of property valuation, deal structuring, and contract frameworks
- Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and client advisory skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in deal structuring and complex negotiations
- Strong understanding of market analysis and property valuation techniques
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and legal documentation
- Client advisory and investment recommendation experience
- Exposure to commercial leasing and high-value transactions
