Your Responsibilities

• Support and oversee the sales & rental process
• Manage properties (handover, snagging, utilities, Ejari etc.)
• Coordinate with developers, banks, lawyers & service providers
• Handle client communication and ensure a smooth experience
• Organize additional services (Golden Visa, insurance, company setup, bank accounts, rentals, concierge services)

Your Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate (sales, rentals, or property management)
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented
• Based in Dubai with car & valid UAE driver’s license
• Motivated to build a long-term career, not just a job
