🔎 Key Requirements
✔ Hands-on experience in real estate due diligence (Tamil Nadu)
✔ Strong knowledge of state land laws & processes
✔ Experience in leases, title reports, transactions
✔ Ability to draft and review real estate documents
✔ Fluency in Tamil (essential)
✔ LL.B. + Bar enrolment
✔ 3 to 7 year's experience in this field
✔ Hands on experience in generating tokens on the TNRegiNet site;
✔ Hands on experience on liaison with the SRO office for registration of various documents.
