Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Associate based in Mumbai. The Real Estate Associate will manage and facilitate real estate transactions, oversee property leases, and contribute to real estate development projects. Responsibilities include interacting with clients, negotiating deals, preparing documentation, and maintaining knowledge of commercial and residential real estate trends in the market. The role demands attention to detail, strong communication skills, and an ability to deliver value-driven solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing property leases and lease agreements
- Knowledge and understanding of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Transactions
- Experience in Real Estate Development and Residential or Commercial Property Management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills
- Understanding of the Mumbai real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
