Role Description
This full-time, on-site Real Estate Associate role is based in Gurugram. The Associate will assist clients in buying residential and commercial properties, leveraging local market knowledge to provide insightful recommendations. Responsibilities include managing real estate transactions, preparing and reviewing leases, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Associate will also stay up-to-date on local market trends to provide strategic real estate guidance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales and Real Estate Transactions
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Development
- Strong expertise in Real Estate, including selling, processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to provide data-driven advice
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, on-site environment
- Previous experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
- Familiarity with the Gurugram real estate market is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is an advantage
