Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Associate, based in Gurugram. The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for managing leases, coordinating commercial real estate activities, and assisting in property transactions. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, conducting market research, preparing property documents, supporting real estate development projects, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Leases and Commercial Real Estate practices
- Proficiency in Real Estate Transactions and understanding of Real Estate Development processes
- Experience in Real Estate and property management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Familiarity with real estate market trends in Gurugram or similar regions
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency with real estate management software or tools is a plus
