Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Associate, located in the Pune Division. The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties, both commercial and residential. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing property listings, coordinating and managing property showings, and handling real estate transactions. The candidate will also provide guidance on leases, negotiate deals on behalf of clients, and contribute to the company’s growing portfolio of real estate projects.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Estate Transactions
- Familiarity with Leases and Commercial Real Estate practices
- Understanding of processes related to Real Estate Development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Capability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate, Business, or Finance is preferred
- Proven track record in real estate or a related field is advantageous
