ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Real Estate Asset Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in real estate, strong transactional expertise, and the ability to manage end-to-end portfolios on behalf of asset owners. This role involves active travel to sites, channel partner offices, and client meetings across Mumbai.

Experience Required: 1–5 Years in Real Estate, Banking, or Finance
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
▸ Develop and execute business and marketing strategies for commercial, residential, and retail properties managed by CRE Monk Advisory.
▸ Lead generation and end-to-end management of leasing and sales processes for properties in the portfolio.
▸ Maintain and report lead pipelines, prepare weekly reports, and participate in monthly performance reviews.
▸ Assist in documentation, reporting, and paperwork related to respective sites and transactions.
▸ Generate new clients, assess real estate portfolios and requirements of property owners, and manage relationships with private wealth family offices.
▸ Ensure seamless delivery of portfolio services to all asset owner clients.
▸ Create strategic alliances and partnerships to expand CRE Monk's network and deal pipeline.
QUALIFICATIONS
▸ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
▸ 1–5 years of work experience in Real Estate, Banking, or Finance.
▸ Strong leasing or real estate sales background with a proven transaction track record.
▸ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
▸ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
▸ Experience in luxury real estate or property management is a plus.
▸ Experience in financial modelling for real estate is a plus.
