Key Responsibilities:
MDM, iLEVEL and Static Data Management
New Deal and Property Setup in the Master Data Management (MDM)
Update and maintain Deal/Property level iLEVEL upload sheets in valuation models
Maintain acquisitions/dispositions information in MDM and iLevel
Weekly reconciliation of MDM and iLevel for property related static data items
Quarterly asset level updates of multiple perimeters with latest investment valuations
Debt securities set-up in MDM using Anaplan models and Chatham reports
Day to day maintenance of Investment and Property Control forms for new acquisitions and
follow-on transactions
Anaplan for LP and QL Reporting
Initial data review and parallel actions across all funds; adoption of Anaplan for QL & LP
template reporting
Work with regional teams/domain owners to reconcile, approve/sync data, dashboard creation
Populate and reconcile LP and QL templates
Reconcile excel based LP templates with Anaplan templates
Projects
Setup iLEVEL to store metrics to be used for LP reporting
Leverage iLEVEL functionality to improve data collection process
Manage historical data upload
Perform checks to ensure integrity of property level data fed from various third-party service
providers into the iLEVEL database
Perform checks to ensure iLevel data is reconciling on Snowflake
Essential Skills & Experience:
Master’s degree – Major/Minor in Finance, Banking or Mathematics
Exceptional quantitative aptitude and skill set with a mastery of Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of SQL or visualization tools like PowerBI is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, fluid environment
Previous background with asset management or portfolio management preferable
CFA designation a plus
Rigorous analytical mindset with a high level of intellectual curiosity, self-learning ability and
excellent problem-solving skills
Acute focus on attention to detail, accuracy, and data validation
Effective communication skills (listening, verbal, and written)
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Sound judgment and discretion
Strong initiative, energy and confidence completing assignments with limited supervision
