Role Description The Real Estate Analyst will work full time on-site in Hyderabad, supporting data-driven property evaluations and investment decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing residential real estate trends, assessing property values, and preparing detailed financial models and reports for internal stakeholders and clients. The role involves conducting market research, reviewing transaction data, and performing due diligence on properties and developers. The analyst will collaborate with sales and product teams to provide insights that enhance buyer guidance tools and contribute to PropSensy’s overall analytical frameworks. The individual will also help refine valuation methodologies and support strategic initiatives related to Hyderabad’s real estate market.

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex real estate and financial data.
- Candidates should possess expertise in due diligence and real estate appraisal to evaluate property risks and fair market values.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of finance and investments, including cash flow analysis, ROI, and basic valuation techniques.

- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail, high level of integrity, and a structured approach to documentation and reporting.
- Prior experience or internships in real estate, financial analysis, or consulting within the Hyderabad market are an advantage.
