Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for analyzing real estate investment opportunities, conducting financial evaluations, performing due diligence, and assessing property values. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Experience in performing Due Diligence and Real Estate Appraisal to assess and verify property valuations
- Preferred Colleges: Christ University, Jain, PES, RV, Reva etc
- Knowledge and practical expertise in Finance and Investments, with a focus on real estate portfolios
- Ability to evaluate risk factors, market trends, and investment strategies effectively
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills for conveying investment proposals and findings
- Proficiency in real estate financial modeling and analytics tools is an advantage
