Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Analyst with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the Indian real estate sector. The candidate will support market research, land evaluation, and feasibility analysis for residential, commercial, and plotted developments.
Key Responsibilities● Conduct market research on real estate trends, pricing, and demand in target locations
● Analyze land parcels for feasibility (legal, zoning, access, infrastructure)
● Collect and verify property-related documents (ownership, approvals, layouts)
● Prepare reports on project viability, ROI, and investment potential
● Track competitor projects, pricing strategies, and sales trends
● Coordinate with brokers, landowners, and internal teams for data collection
● Support due diligence processes including basic legal and revenue checks
● Maintain organized databases of properties, leads, and market insights
Requirements● Experience:
6 months to 1 year in Indian real estate, land analysis, or property research
● Shift:
Willingness to work in a fixed day shift (9 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Friday)
● Technical Skills:
– Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis
– Familiarity with real estate platforms (MagicBricks, 99acres, etc.)
– Understanding of land measurement and pricing concepts
● Functional Skills:
– Knowledge of Indian real estate processes (land acquisition, approvals, registration)
– Awareness of local market trends and investment factors
– Basic understanding of legal documents (Sale Deed, EC, Layout approvals)
● Soft Skills:
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Good communication and reporting skills
– Ability to manage multiple properties and research tasks
