Position: Real Estate Sales Agent (Sales & Property Advisory)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $7-$11/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 2 Weeks
Role Responsibilities
- Interpret property listings, client requirements, and market data to create realistic sales and advisory scenarios
- Develop structured customer-facing use cases for property recommendations and deal negotiations
- Analyze residential and commercial property options based on client needs, pricing, and location factors
- Review and validate outputs for accuracy, market relevance, and client suitability
- Simulate lead handling, follow-ups, and client engagement workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales insights with project requirements
- Identify gaps in property positioning, pricing strategies, and customer communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; real estate license where required
- Strong understanding of real estate sales, leasing, and brokerage operations
- Experience in residential sales, developer sales, leasing, rental advisory, or brokerage firms
- Knowledge of property listings, pricing strategies, and market comparisons (comps)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and match them with suitable properties
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in lead handling and CRM tools
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of market comps and property valuation techniques
- Experience with property listings platforms and sales pipelines
- Negotiation and closing experience
