Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Agent. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating transactions, and creating strategic plans for property sales. The Real Estate Agent will also maintain strong customer relationships, ensure seamless communication with clients, and stay updated on real estate market trends.
Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate operations and knowledge of Real Property markets 1-2years Exp.
- Proven Sales expertise in the real estate sector and effective negotiation skills
- Strong Customer Service capabilities, including client relationship management
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in market research and property valuation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
- Familiarity with Bengaluru's real estate market is preferred
