Role Description This full-time Real Estate Agent role is hybrid, based in Ahmedabad with some flexibility for work from home. The Real Estate Agent will identify and list properties, conduct site visits, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, responding to inquiries, arranging property viewings, and presenting suitable options based on client needs and budget. The role involves preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with legal and financial stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The Real Estate Agent will also maintain market knowledge, update property databases, and support marketing activities to promote listings.
Qualifications
- Relevant Real Estate License and strong understanding of Real Property regulations and local market practices
- Demonstrated experience in Real Estate transactions, including residential, commercial, and land deals
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to negotiate, close deals, and meet targets
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and clear communication
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Ahmedabad, manage time effectively, and handle multiple listings
- Good knowledge of the Ahmedabad and wider Gujarat property market is highly beneficial
- Comfort with basic digital tools, property portals, and CRM systems
- Fluency in English and local languages (such as Gujarati and Hindi) is an advantage
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is preferred
