Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Pune. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and facilitating property sales or rentals. The agent will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role entails staying updated on market trends and assisting clients with all aspects of the real estate process.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License to practice in compliance with state regulations.
- Strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge to guide clients effectively through transactions.
- Exceptional Customer Service and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of the Pune real estate market is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in communication and computer skills for client communication and property listings.
