Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Noida. The Real Estate Agent will work with property buyers and sellers to understand their requirements, present suitable listings, conduct property visits, and guide clients through negotiations and closing processes. The role includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, pricing, and regulations, as well as preparing and reviewing documentation such as agreements, contracts, and forms. The Real Estate Agent will respond to inquiries, manage leads, and provide consistent customer service through phone calls, in-person meetings, and follow-ups. The position also involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and local market practices.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term relationships based on trust and clear communication.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure in a real estate context.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property, including residential and commercial properties, documentation, and basic legal considerations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools for listings, CRM, and documentation.
- Prior experience in real estate consultancy or related fields is preferred; a relevant degree or certification in business, real estate, or a related discipline is an advantage.
