Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at Flat and Flatmates India is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the Real Estate Agent will assist clients in identifying suitable flats, PG accommodations, and flatmates, guiding them through property visits, negotiations, and rental or lease processes. Daily tasks include managing property listings, responding to inquiries, coordinating viewings, and maintaining clear communication between property owners and potential tenants. The Real Estate Agent will also provide market insights, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold professional standards in customer service and ethical real estate practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and foundational knowledge of Real Estate practices.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills and a proven ability to close deals and meet targets.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Real Property regulations and local housing market trends.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and negotiation skills, along with basic computer and CRM proficiency.
- Previous experience in residential real estate or rental housing is preferred, and fluency in local languages and English is beneficial.
