Job Title: Real Estate Sourcing & Closing Executive / Sales Agent
Locations:
- Shela, Ahmedabad – Sourcing & Closing
- Vastral, Ahmedabad – Sales Agent
- Experience: 2–4 Years
Role Overview:
We are hiring dynamic real estate professionals for two key micro-markets in Ahmedabad:
- Shela: End-to-end ownership from lead sourcing to deal closure
- Vastral: Strong on-ground sales role focused on client handling and conversions
Both roles require market understanding, strong networking skills, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
For Shela – Sourcing & Closing:
- Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, references, and direct outreach
- Build and manage a strong CP/broker network in Shela
- Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities
- Handle client interactions, site visits, and project presentations
- Negotiate and close deals ensuring a smooth customer journey
- Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, finance) for closures
For Vastral – Sales Agent:
- Handle walk-ins, inbound leads, and client queries at site
- Conduct site visits and explain project offerings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings
- Maintain daily sales reports and pipeline tracking
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the buying journey
Key Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong knowledge of Ahmedabad micro-markets (Shela / Vastral preferred)
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Comfortable with on-ground/site-based roles
Preferred Profile:
- Candidates from channel partner firms / IPCs
- Local candidates or those familiar with Ahmedabad real estate
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates
