Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in East Bangalore. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about sales and real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle telecalling and handling Leads
Follow up with prospective clients regularly
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options
Schedule and coordinate property site visits
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Assist clients throughout the sales process until closure
Maintain daily follow-up and sales reports
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in sales/real estate/telecalling
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in English mandatory
Kannada preferred
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Compensation:
Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA
