Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for the position of Real Estate Advisor. In this role, you will oversee sourcing and presenting property options, building lasting relationships with clients, and understanding their unique requirements. Your responsibilities include negotiating deals, conducting property tours, handling property documentation, and providing expert guidance on market trends and investment opportunities. You will also take part in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and developments.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property market trends.
- Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation to secure favorable terms for clients.
- Ability to leverage market insights and client requirements for effective decision-making.
- Experience in conducting property evaluations and knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to real estate transactions.
- Proven ability to grow and nurture client relationships, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset.
- A background in real estate, business, sales, or a related field is advantageous.
