Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Advisor, based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Advisor will engage in end-to-end property sales processes, including identifying client needs, showcasing available properties, and negotiating agreements. Key responsibilities include providing expert guidance to clients, supporting property searches, assisting in documentation processes, and building long-term client relationships. The role also involves staying updated on the latest market trends and developments in the real estate sector.
Qualifications
- Strong skills and experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and related market knowledge
- Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation to achieve deal closures and maintain productive client relationships
- Ability to train, guide, and advise clients effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Bengaluru's real estate market is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
