What do we look for?

Being a Project Manager you are responsible for planning and executing the sales for customer acquisition, supporting the districts to facilitate from central team, completing the targets within the deadline and ensuring the quality standards are practiced Responsibilities and Duties 1. Planning and executing the customer acquisition for retro fitment through District Managers 2. Conducting frequent sales campaign to acquire the customers for retro fitment 3. Making partnership with different business units to bring the customers for retro fitment 4. Hiring the required manpower in the districts 5. Achieving 100% targets in all the districts 6. Coordinating with central team for all the facilities and support for the district to run the smooth customer acquisition activity 7. Ensuring the inventories are available on time for all the districts 8. Ensuring the quality standards are maintained for all the retro fitment 9. Onboarding car workshops with the support of field team for retro fitment conversion 10. Overseeing the productivity of the workshop 11. Develop and deliver the progress reports to the management 12. Track the cost and ensure budget adherence 13. Training the team in regular intervals for the process Whom do we look for? 1. Project Management experience preferable in Sales and Operations combination or Sales and Service combination in automotive industry, Oil & Gas industry and Retail industry 2. Strong people management and data driven person. 3. Must be go getter to achieve the targets 4. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. 6. Comfortable to travel 80% in a month to all the districts.
