About the role
As a Senior iOS Product Engineer at Readdle, you'll be responsible for leading the development of Spark, our flagship email app, and other iOS products. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build innovative features that delight our users. Your primary focus will be on building robust, scalable, and maintainable iOS applications using the latest tools and technologies. You'll also contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and help shape the engineering culture at Readdle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Spark and other iOS products
- Design and implement new features and functionality
- Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative engineering culture
- Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in iOS development using Swift and Objective-C
- Proficient in building robust, scalable, and maintainable iOS applications
- Strong understanding of iOS frameworks, design patterns, and best practices
- Experience with unit testing, UI testing, and continuous integration
- Familiarity with modern iOS development tools and technologies (e.g., SwiftUI, Combine, RxSwift)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for creating user-friendly and delightful experiences
