DigiCroz is a remote IT team building innovative products like Apper, FileStore, and TourneyFarm. We are looking for motivated students and beginners who want to gain real-world development experience by working on live products used by actual users.

💻 Responsibilities
• Build and maintain real-world web applications using React, Tailwind CSS, and Node.js
• Collaborate remotely with mentors and team members
• Participate in code reviews, deployments, and technical discussions
• Follow industry best practices (Git workflows, CI/CD, clean code)
• Contribute to improving existing products and features
📌 Requirements
• Basic understanding of React and Tailwind CSS
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and modern web development
• Strong willingness to learn and improve
• Good communication and teamwork skills

1. Digicroz is a remote developers team. Our working hours are:
• Weekdays: 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Weekends & Holidays: Full day
Regular availability during these hours is mandatory. If this does not suit you, please do not apply.
2. The payout is strictly contribution-based, ranging from ₹1,000 to ₹20,000 per month. If your expectations are higher, this opportunity may not be the right fit.
3. We are looking for serious individuals with strong fundamentals in JavaScript, React, and web development.
If your work shows lack of understanding (e.g., blindly using AI without clarity), we may discontinue collaboration without prior notice.
4. You must explore our products in detail:

Identify bugs, UX issues, performance problems, or suggest meaningful improvements.
