Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven React Native & React Developer to join our team in Kondapur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate must be an expert at handling large-scale datasets, optimizing app speed, and eliminating rendering bottlenecks to ensure an incredibly fast user experience.
Beyond core frontend skills, you will be implementing cutting-edge third-party integrations (WhatsApp, WebRTC, Payment Gateways), setting up real-time systems via Sockets, and embedding advanced AI features. A basic understanding of backend systems is a major plus to help bridge the gap between our client apps and APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Platform Development: Build, optimize, and maintain high-performance mobile apps (React Native) and web applications (React.js).
- Data & Speed Optimization: Tackle heavy data volumes. Implement caching, data normalization, virtualization, and lazy loading to keep the UI smooth and responsive.
- Real-Time & Communication Systems: Integrate WebSockets/Socket.io for live chat/tracking and WebRTC for seamless audio/video communication.
- Third-Party & Payment Setup: Integrate WhatsApp Business API, SMS/Push notification gateways, and secure payment processors (Razorpay, PayPal, In-App Purchases).
- AI Feature Integration: Build smart applications by integrating AI models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) for chat assistants, semantic search, and automation.
- Backend Collaboration: Work closely with backend teams to consume and design RESTful APIs/GraphQL. Help build or tweak basic backend logic when needed.
Required Technical Skills
1. Core Frontend & State Management
- Frameworks: React Native, React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+).
- State & Data Fetching: Advanced state management using Zustand (preferred), Redux Toolkit, or Context API alongside React Query / TanStack Query for efficient caching.
2. Extreme Performance Optimization (The Core Focus)
- Expertise in managing large datasets without lagging.
- Deep knowledge of FlatList optimization, Virtualized Lists, infinite scrolling, and memoization.
- Proven track record of fixing memory leaks, optimizing app startup times, and shrinking bundle sizes
3. Advanced Integrations & Real-Time Tech
- Real-Time: Socket.io / Native WebSockets for live tracking and presence indicators.
- Video/Voice: WebRTC setup for video/audio calling and screen sharing.
- Communication: WhatsApp Business API, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), and OneSignal.
- Payments: Razorpay, PayPal, PayU, and iOS/Android In-App Purchases.
4. AI & Automation
- Hands-on experience with API integrations for OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude.
- Implementing AI chatbots, text summarization, speech-to-text, or embedding-based semantic search.
5. Backend & Database Knowledge (Strong Plus Point)
- Backend Tech: Node.js, Express.js, or Firebase Cloud Functions.
- Databases: SQLite, Firebase Firestore, MongoDB, and Redis caching.
- Understanding of JWT/OAuth authentication systems and secure API architecture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in React Native and React.js development.
- Joining Status: Must be available to join immediately.
- Work Mode: Strict Work from Office at our Kondapur, Hyderabad location.
- Ability to independently debug complex issues and write secure, clean, and well-documented code.
