React Native Mobile Developer (Remote, Full-Time)

Context
We’re looking for a React Native Mobile Developer who understands that great mobile products are built at the intersection of design, usability, and performance.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks beyond simply converting designs into screens. You should be able to translate product ideas into polished, high-performance mobile experiences and collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to build apps that users genuinely enjoy using.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain production-ready mobile applications using React Native
- Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences
- Implement intuitive mobile navigation, gesture interactions, and responsive UI patterns
- Optimize apps for performance, responsiveness, and scalability
- Handle asynchronous data and API integrations
- Identify and suggest improvements to user flows, UI/UX, and app performance
- Contribute to creating a clean, maintainable, and scalable mobile codebase
What You Bring
Mobile Frontend Development
- Strong experience building mobile applications with React Native
- Experience with navigation, state management, and mobile UI architecture
- Ability to ship production-ready mobile features
Mobile UI/UX Understanding
- Good understanding of mobile-first UI/UX principles
- Familiarity with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design
- Experience implementing gesture-based interactions and intuitive mobile navigation
Experience with modern mobile development tools such as:
- React Native
- Expo or React Native CLI
- TypeScript
- Redux, Zustand, or React Query
- REST APIs or GraphQL
- Mobile debugging and performance profiling
Performance & Scalability
- Experience building smooth, responsive mobile interfaces
- Understanding of render optimization and performance tuning
AI-Enhanced Workflow
- Comfortable using modern AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation
Ownership & Collaboration
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proactive collaboration with designers and backend engineers
