React Native Mobile App Developer Intern (with GenAI Exposure)

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven React Native Mobile App Developer Intern who is eager to build scalable mobile applications and explore the integration of Generative AI (GenAI) features in real-world products. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to modern mobile development along with AI-powered user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement app features
- Integrate GenAI APIs / LLM-based features such as chat assistants, smart recommendations, or automation workflows
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Debug, test, and optimize application performance
- Participate in code reviews and agile development processes
- Research and experiment with new mobile and AI technologies
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of React Native / ReactJS / JavaScript / TypeScript
- Understanding of REST APIs and mobile app architecture
- Familiarity with Git / GitHub version control
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in Generative AI, OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, or AI integrations
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Good to Have
- Experience with Node.js / Express / MongoDB
- Understanding of state management (Redux / Context API)
- Prior academic or personal projects in mobile apps or AI
- Knowledge of app deployment on Play Store / App Store
