Location: Pune / Gurgaon (Hybrid)
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled ReactJS & React Native Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable web and mobile applications, with a focus on performance, usability, and clean code practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using ReactJS and mobile applications using React Native
Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-performance applications
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers
Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices
Integrate APIs and third-party services
Troubleshoot and debug issues across web and mobile platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in front-end/mobile development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
Hands-on experience with ReactJS and React Native
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, MobX, etc.)
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration
Experience with responsive design and cross-platform compatibility
Familiarity with version control tools like Git
Understanding of mobile app deployment processes (iOS/Android)
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Working Model
Hybrid working model (combination of remote + office)
Candidate should be open to working from Pune or Gurgaon office as required
