Role: React Native Developer (Fintech Mobile App)
Experience: 1 - 3 Year
Location: Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi
Salary: 3 - 7 LPA
Role Overview
We are looking for a React Native Developer who can take ownership of building and improving mobile
features used by real users. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver
smooth, secure, and scalable experiences. This is a hands-on role suited for engineers who want to grow
fast by working on meaningful problems instead of experimental or demo projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, enhance, and maintain cross-platform mobile application features
• Translate product and design requirements into high-quality user experiences
• Integrate backend APIs, payments, and authentication workflows
• Ensure smooth navigation, consistent state handling, and predictable app behavior
• Improve app performance, responsiveness, and stability
• Handle secure data storage and user session management
• Debug complex issues and ensure production readiness
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, TypeScript and React Js
• Solid experience building mobile applications using React Native
• Good understanding of component architecture, hooks, and app lifecycle
• Experience working with APIs and asynchronous data
• Understanding of state management concepts in real world apps
• Comfortable using Git and working in collaborative teams
• Ability to debug, optimize, and maintain production applications
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
• Experience working on fintech, payments, or finance-related products
• Exposure to authentication, security, or compliance-driven flows
• Understanding of mobile performance optimization techniques
• Experience shipping apps to production environments
Ownership & Expectations
• You are expected to take end to end ownership of assigned features
• You should be comfortable working with evolving requirements and ambiguity
• Code quality, security, and reliability are non negotiable
• You are expected to think beyond tickets and contribute to product decisions
• This is not a task following role; proactive problem solving is expected
