React Native Developer (3+ Years)

Position: React Native Developer

Responsibilities
- Build high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Integrate REST APIs with backend services.
- Develop responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces based on design specifications.
- Manage application state using Redux or Context API.
- Debug, test, and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA, and product teams.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile development processes.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability following best practices.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data.
- Hands-on experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API.
- Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Experience with Git and Agile development workflows.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Familiarity with Android and iOS build, release, and deployment processes.
Good to Have
- Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Push Notifications, Analytics, Crashlytics).
- Knowledge of React Navigation, Expo, or native modules.
- Experience with payment gateway integration, maps, or real-time features.
- Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or telemedicine applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Bitrise, etc.).
