Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled React.js / Next.js Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our
frontend development team. The candidate will be responsible for building modern, scalable,
and high-performance web applications, working closely with design and backend teams to
deliver responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
● Build reusable, scalable UI components and front-end libraries.
● Implement responsive and pixel-perfect user interfaces from UI/UX designs.
● Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs.
● Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and scalability.
● Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
● Debug, test, and resolve frontend issues.
● Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
● Mentor and support interns or junior developers when required.
Requirements
● 2–3 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
● Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
● Solid experience with React.js fundamentals (hooks, state, component lifecycle, others).
● Hands-on experience with Next.js (App Router or Pages Router).
● Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
● Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.
● Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
● Good understanding of performance optimization, SEO basics, and accessibility.
● Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have
● Experience with TypeScript.
● Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or CSS-in-JS solutions.
● Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Context API).
● Exposure to frontend testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library).
