We are looking for an experienced
React JS Lead to drive the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in React.js, team leadership, and modern frontend architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers
- Design and develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable UI components using React.js
- Architect frontend solutions and ensure best practices
- Collaborate with backend teams, designers, and stakeholders
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality standards
- Handle deployment, debugging, and production support
- Stay updated with the latest frontend trends and technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in frontend development
- Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with state management tools (Redux, Context API)
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and integration
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git)
- Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Skills
- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of Next.js or server-side rendering
- Familiarity with UI frameworks (Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)
- Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Nice to Have
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Understanding of micro-frontend architecture
- Performance optimization and security best practices
