Job Title: React JS Lead

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled React JS Lead with a minimum of 4 years of experience in frontend development to lead the design and development of modern, scalable web applications. The candidate will be responsible for building high-quality user interfaces, guiding the frontend development team, and ensuring best practices in performance, security, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of React-based web applications. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to frontend developers. • Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React JS. • Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and services. • Participate in UI architecture discussions and frontend design decisions. • Review code to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams. • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues and production bugs. • Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, coding standards, and documentation.
Required Skills
• Strong experience in React JS • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript • Experience with Redux / Context API / State Management • Experience integrating REST APIs • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design • Experience with Git or other version control systems • Understanding of Agile development methodologies • Experience in performance optimization and debugging
Good to have Skills
• Experience with Azure / AWS cloud deployment • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines • Understanding of frontend testing frameworks (Jest / Cypress) • Experience with component-based architecture
