Role Description This is a full-time, on-site React JS Intern role based in Coimbatore. The intern will assist in developing and maintaining user interfaces using React JS, including building reusable components, implementing responsive layouts, and integrating APIs under supervision. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with senior developers, participating in code reviews, debugging and resolving UI issues, and writing clean, maintainable code. The intern will also help with basic testing, documentation of features, and improving existing front-end performance. The role offers mentorship, exposure to real-world product development, and opportunities to learn modern front-end development practices.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of React JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to build basic components and pages.
- Understanding of front-end concepts such as state management, props, component lifecycle, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with version control tools (preferably Git) and basic software development workflows.
- Ability to read and understand API documentation and work with JSON data for front-end integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in UI behavior and user experience.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn from feedback and work in a team setting.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent self-taught / bootcamp experience.
- Interest in sustainable technology and product development; prior project or internship experience in front-end development is a plus.
