About the opportunity:
Job Role: React JS Developer
Job Type: Permanent
Work location: Bengaluru, Work From Office
Working Experience: Must have 2-3 years experience as a React JS Developer
Salary: Upto 6 LPA

We are seeking a 2-3 years experienced React JS Developer with strong proficiency in modern JavaScript, React, and front-end development best practices. The candidate should have experience in building responsive, high-performance web applications and a good understanding of APIs and UI/UX principles. As part of Red Kite’s growth strategy, selected candidates will undergo training in leading low-code platforms such as Pega, Kissflow, and ServiceNow. Applicants must be open and willing to transition and work on low-code technologies alongside React development. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a learning mindset are essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Front-End Development using React JS and related tools
- Strong understanding of Back-End Web Development and Software Development concepts
- Experience working with JavaScript frameworks and libraries, including Redux.js
- Ability to write clean, modular, and efficient code
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in hybrid work environments is a plus
- Ability to collaborate in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Experience in low-code platforms and enterprise digital transformation technologies is advantageous
