Job details:
We are seeking an experienced React.js Developer to join our team on a short-term contract. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications and a solid understanding of modern front-end technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, efficient code
- Optimize components for maximum performance and scalability
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product teams
- Debug issues and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years of experience in frontend development
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs integration
- Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)
- Experience with Git and version control systems
- Strong understanding of responsive design and performance optimization
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with Next.js or other React frameworks
- Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Soft Skills- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup aligned to IST hours
