Role Summary
We are looking for a
Senior React Frontend Engineer to act as a
technical bridge between AI research prototypes and production-grade user interfaces.
This role focuses on building
intuitive, scalable, and high-performance front-end applications for
GenAI-powered systems, enabling users to interact seamlessly with AI agents, workflows, and insights.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
React, modern frontend architecture, and API integration, along with experience translating complex AI capabilities into
user-friendly interfaces.
Key Responsibilities Frontend Development & Architecture
- Design and develop scalable React-based applications using modern architecture principles.
- Translate AI proof-of-concepts into production-ready UI components and workflows.
- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable frontend components.
GenAI UI & User Experience
- Develop interfaces to visualize AI agent outputs, workflows, and insights.
- Ensure intuitive UX for complex AI-driven features.
- Apply accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
API Integration & Backend Collaboration
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with data scientists and backend engineers to reflect AI model behavior accurately in UI.
- Handle data flow, state management, and API interactions efficiently.
Performance & Production Readiness
- Optimize application performance, rendering efficiency, and bundle size.
- Implement error handling, loading states, logging, and monitoring.
- Ensure frontend resiliency and fault tolerance.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests using tools like Jest and React Testing Library.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across browsers and environments.
DevOps & Agile
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Support security testing and compliance requirements.
Required Skills Frontend Development
- Strong proficiency in React (hooks, component lifecycle, architecture).
- Expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience building production-grade web applications.
State Management & Architecture
- Hands-on experience with Redux, Zustand, or similar state management tools.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and frontend design patterns.
API Integration
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and backend systems.
- Understanding of data flow and asynchronous programming.
UI/UX & Accessibility
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
GenAI Awareness
- Familiarity with GenAI applications and AI-driven interfaces.
- Ability to represent AI workflows and outputs effectively in UI.
Testing & DevOps
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
Production Engineering
- Knowledge of error handling, observability, logging, and performance optimization.
