Role: React Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior React Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and a proven track record in front-end architecture, performance optimization, and mentoring development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced web applications using React.js and related technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional, high-quality web solutions.
- Lead the front-end architecture, ensuring best practices in coding, performance, and maintainability.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and integrate them into projects when appropriate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of total IT experience, with 7–8+ years of strong, hands-on development experience in React.js.
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tools.
- Solid understanding of Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating backend services.
- Strong knowledge of Webpack, Babel, and build optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in version control tools like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of Next.js, React Native, or other JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Unit Testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
