About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating modern UI designs into high-performance, scalable web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product designers, backend engineers, and architecture teams to build visually stunning and highly responsive interfaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in React fundamentals, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and have a craftsmanship mindset to convert design prototypes into pixel-perfect, mobile-friendly components that align with our quality standards.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of professional experience in React development or similar frontend roles
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Solid understanding of React fundamentals including hooks, lifecycle methods, and component architecture
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API
- Strong skills in UI styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Styled Components, or CSS Modules
- Experience translating Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect UI components
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques including code splitting, lazy loading, and bundle optimization
- Familiarity with modern build tools such as Vite, Webpack, and deployment pipelines (AWS, Docker, CI/CD)
- Basic understanding of backend APIs, REST principles, and authentication protocols (JWT, OAuth)
- Experience with TypeScript is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and high-performance frontend applications using React
- Convert Figma design prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive UI components that work seamlessly across devices
- Build interactive, mobile-first interfaces focusing on user experience and accessibility
- Implement clean, modular, and reusable component architectures to promote code maintainability
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness, ensuring optimal performance
- Effectively manage application state using Redux, Context API, or similar tools
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs smoothly and ensure data consistency
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across different devices and screen sizes
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to frontend architecture decisions, and uphold high coding standards
- Engage in performance tuning and frontend architecture improvements to enhance application efficiency
