About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming modern UI designs into high-performance, scalable web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product designers, backend engineers, and architectural teams to develop visually stunning and responsive interfaces that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in React fundamentals, including hooks, lifecycle methods, and architecture patterns. You should have a keen eye for detail, a craftsmanship mindset, and the ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, mobile-friendly components. Your expertise will contribute significantly to building scalable frontend systems that are maintainable, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in front-end development, specifically with React.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of React fundamentals, including hooks, context API, and component lifecycle.
- Experience with Next.js framework, including routing, server-side rendering, and static site generation.
- Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.
- Expertise in UI and styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Material UI, CSS Modules, or Styled Components.
- Ability to translate Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect UI components.
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, and bundle analysis.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with deployment pipelines.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and backend integration.
- Desirable: Experience with TypeScript, Webpack, Vite, monorepo setups, and enterprise application development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and high-performance frontend applications using React and Next.js.
- Convert detailed UI/UX designs from Figma into pixel-perfect, responsive components that perform seamlessly across devices.
- Build interactive, mobile-first user interfaces that prioritize user experience and accessibility.
- Implement clean, modular, and reusable component architectures to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and scalability, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Effectively manage application state using Redux, Context API, or other state management solutions.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure data consistency across the application.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across different devices and screen sizes.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to frontend architecture decisions, and uphold high coding standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, bugs, and UI issues proactively.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in frontend development.
