About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Frontend Developer with a strong background in React to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining responsive, high-performance web applications that meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver seamless digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a deep understanding of React and modern JavaScript frameworks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development practices.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development, specifically with React.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with React, including Hooks, Redux, and modern React architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Knowledge of TypeScript is preferred.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and related technologies.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development environments.
- Ability to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Create reusable components and front-end libraries to streamline development processes.
- Translate UI/UX designs into functional, high-quality code that aligns with project requirements.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Implement and manage state using Redux, Context API, or similar libraries.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster skill development.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
