About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating modern UI/UX designs into high-performance, scalable web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. Your expertise will be instrumental in building responsive, mobile-first interfaces that are both visually appealing and highly functional. You will work closely with product designers, backend engineers, and architectural teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in React fundamentals, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for craftsmanship, ensuring that every component and feature aligns with our high standards of quality and usability.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for front-end development. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with proven experience in React development. Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 is essential. Experience working with design tools such as Figma and translating designs into pixel-perfect UI components is highly desirable. Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Context API, along with proficiency in CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS and Material UI, is required. Additional skills in performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility will set candidates apart. Knowledge of TypeScript, Webpack or Vite, and experience with deployment pipelines (AWS, Docker, CI/CD) are considered advantageous.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
- Manage application state effectively using libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
- Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless API integration and data flow.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.
- Participate in code reviews, maintain high coding standards, and contribute to frontend architecture decisions.
- Engage in performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting to enhance application efficiency.
