Company Description
FalconEyeQ is an AI-powered Anti-Money Laundering (AML) transaction monitoring platform specifically designed for UAE banks, exchange houses, and fintechs. Utilizing advanced machine learning and rule-based engines, FalconEyeQ provides precise transaction scoring and generates goAML-compliant Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) in seconds. The platform is cost-effective, deploys in just eight weeks, prioritizes UAE data residency, and meets compliance with Federal Decree-Law No. 10 of 2025. FalconEyeQ empowers mid-market financial institutions to efficiently comply with UAE AML regulations while reducing false positives and saving time.
Role Description
What you'll work on:
→ Build and maintain the React.js compliance dashboard with real-time transaction alerts
→ Develop Node.js / Express REST APIs consumed by compliance officers and analysts
→ Implement role-based access control, audit logs, and secure data views
→ Integrate ML model outputs (risk scores, SHAP explanations) into the UI
→ Work with MongoDB and SQL for case management and reporting workflows
→ Collaborate directly with founders on product decisions and roadmap
What we're looking for:
✅ Strong React.js — hooks, state management, component architecture
✅ Backend experience — Node.js / Express or Python FastAPI
✅ REST API design and integration
✅ MongoDB or SQL — comfortable with both
✅ Eye for clean, professional UI — our users are compliance officers, not engineers
✅ Bonus: experience with data-heavy dashboards, charts, or fintech products
What you get:
⚡ Early-stage equity in a B2B SaaS startup targeting the UAE market
⚡ Hybrid work arrangement — flexibility with accountability
⚡ Work across the full product, not just one slice
⚡ Founding-team energy — your decisions ship to production
We're a lean team building serious infrastructure. If you enjoy owning problems end-to-end and want your work to matter, this is the role.
