Job Description
•
React.js and Front-end Development: Strong proficiency in React.js and related front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. This includes understanding React's core principles and having hands-on experience developing user interfaces using React.
•
User Interface Design: Collaborate effectively with product and design teams to translate user requirements into interactive and visually appealing web applications.
•
Code Quality and Performance Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
•
Technical Feasibility: Ensure that the UI/UX designs are technically feasible and can be implemented effectively.
•
Collaboration and Communication: Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a dynamic team environment and provide constructive feedback during code reviews.
•
State Management and Asynchronous Programming: Familiarity with popular state management libraries like Redux or MobX, as well as asynchronous programming concepts like Promises and async/await.
•
RESTful APIs and Back-end Integration: Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end components with server-side logic.
•
Cross-browser Compatibility and Responsive Design: Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles to ensure the application works well on different devices and screen sizes.
•
Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git to manage code changes efficiently.
•
Problem-solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot and debug issues that may arise during development and testing.

Agile Development: Previous experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus, as it emphasizes iterative and collaborative development processes.
Must Have Skills:
1.
Essential practical experience in React project is mandatory.( need to strong experience in react technology)
2.
A robust understanding of JavaScript data manipulation with a solid grounding in core concepts is a prerequisite.(JS array methods)
3.
Compulsory proficiency in API consumption and the formulation of business logic is required.
4.
Proven capabilities in debugging within the specified issues and bugs landscape are essential.
5.
Exposure to UI development using an array of libraries, with a requirement for proficiency. (material UI v5 antd tailwind bootstrap)
6.
- Optionally, possessing knowledge of React Native technologies is deemed beneficial.
