About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming modern UI designs into high-quality, responsive web applications. Your expertise will help us build scalable and performant frontend solutions that provide exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in React fundamentals, an eye for detail, and a passion for craftsmanship. You will work closely with product designers, backend engineers, and architects to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features that align with our clients' strategic goals.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should have:
- 3-6 years of professional experience in React development
- Proficiency with Next.js and modern React architecture patterns
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API
- Hands-on experience with UI styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Styled Components, or CSS Modules
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret Figma designs and translate them into pixel-perfect UI components
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques, including memoization and lazy loading
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles
- Experience working in Agile development environments and participating in code reviews
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and high-performance frontend applications using React and Next.js
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and mobile-first UI components
- Build engaging, interactive interfaces that prioritize user experience and accessibility
- Implement clean, modular, and reusable component architectures
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers
- Effectively manage application state using appropriate libraries and patterns
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs seamlessly and efficiently
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to responsive design standards
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold coding standards
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and performance enhancement initiatives
