About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming modern UI designs into high-quality, scalable web applications that offer exceptional user experiences. Your expertise will be crucial in building responsive, visually appealing interfaces that are both performant and maintainable. You will collaborate closely with product designers, backend engineers, and system architects to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our applications. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of professional experience in React development.
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript is a plus.
- Solid understanding of React fundamentals including hooks, lifecycle methods, and component architecture.
- Experience with Next.js framework including routing, server-side rendering, and static site generation.
- Strong knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.
- Proficiency in UI styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Material UI, CSS Modules, or Styled Components.
- Ability to translate Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect UI components.
- Understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development.
- Experience with performance optimization techniques including memoization, lazy loading, and virtualization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality frontend applications using React and Next.js.
- Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect UI components that adhere to design specifications.
- Create highly interactive, mobile-first interfaces with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Implement clean, reusable, and maintainable component architectures to promote code efficiency and scalability.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability across devices and browsers.
- Effectively manage application state using appropriate state management libraries and patterns.

- Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and uphold high coding standards.
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and performance optimization strategies.
