About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming modern UI designs into high-performance, scalable web applications. Your expertise will help us build visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces that meet the highest standards of quality and responsiveness. You will collaborate closely with product designers, backend engineers, and architects to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our frontend solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in React fundamentals, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a solid background in React development, with experience in Next.js and modern frontend technologies. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have a proven track record of developing responsive, mobile-first applications and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills. Familiarity with UI/UX principles, design translation, and performance optimization is essential. Experience working in collaborative environments using version control systems and participating in code reviews will be advantageous. Knowledge of TypeScript, modern state management libraries, and deployment pipelines will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities

- Work effectively with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API to manage complex UI states.
- Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless API integration and data flow.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.
- Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of frontend architecture.
- Contribute to performance tuning, debugging, and frontend architecture decisions to enhance application quality.
