About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming modern UI designs into high-performance, scalable web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with product designers, backend engineers, and architectural teams to develop responsive, mobile-first interfaces that are both visually appealing and functionally robust. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in React fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and a craftsmanship mindset focused on translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, user-friendly components. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in frontend development, specifically with React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Proficiency with Next.js, including routing, server-side rendering, static site generation, and API routes.
- Strong understanding of React hooks, lifecycle methods, and component architecture.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.
- Solid skills in UI design and styling using Tailwind CSS, Material UI, CSS Modules, or Styled Components.
- Ability to interpret Figma designs accurately and translate them into responsive UI components.
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques, including code splitting, lazy loading, and minimizing re-renders.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with deployment pipelines (AWS, CI/CD, Docker).
- Understanding of basic backend API integration and REST principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
