Role Overview:
We are looking for a Frontend SDE-2 who has hands-on experience building scalable, user-facing features using React and Next.js. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning features end-to-end and working on product innovation, not just maintenance or bug fixing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build new product features using React.js and Next.js from scratch
- Own frontend modules end-to-end: development, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to translate requirements into high-quality UI
- Optimize applications for speed, SEO, and user experience (SSR/SSG)
- Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code
- Participate in architecture discussions and frontend best practices
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience with React.js and Next.js (mandatory)
- Proven experience building feature-rich products (not limited to maintenance/support work)
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
- Experience with REST APIs and frontend-backend integration
- Familiarity with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.)
- Understanding of performance optimization and responsive design
Good to Have
- Experience in fintech / consumer tech products
- Knowledge of SSR, SSG, SEO optimizations in Next.js
- Exposure to TypeScript
- Experience working in fast-paced product startups
